The mist has been down all day today....I am sure the sun was up there somewhere but it never made it through!!
Last night I did 8 encaustic paintings.

For those who don't know, this is painting with melted wax on the bottom of a tiny travel iron....it is very difficult to plan a painting when doing encaustics, you just have to go with the flow and see what results you get.....great fun...
